Meeting your staff development and parent education needs with research-based  on-site workshops, teleconferences and web conferences

Sservices

Over the Rainbow -Simple Solutions Educational Services Provides the Following Services both Nationally and locally in the Chicago land Area:

  • On-site staff training /curriculum development
  • On-site parent education and workshops
  • Bullying Prevention Programs
  • On-site staff mentoring, coaching and staff development
  • Behavior consultation: including behavior analysis, functional assessment, behavior modification and social/emotional curriculums and training
  • On-site developmental, behavior/mental health and sensory processing therapy services for children 0-18 years of age
  • Developmental Screening and assessment
  • Staff planning and assessment tools

Off-site workshops require staff coverage and can sometimes be disappointing and costly when the workshop does not meet expectations! It can be costly to send staff to workshops that may or may not teach your staff the skills they need in order to be more effective. Our team of professionals from a variety of disciplines can save the time and effort of finding different presenters.

If we value consistent supportive relationships for young children we must acknowledge that it is important for our staff to build ongoing supportive professional relationships. Over the Rainbow-Simple Solutions Educational Services provide on-site workshops. After we have made that face to face connection, we continue to provide mentoring and coaching through teleconferencing and web conferencing. This helps provide your staff with the support needed to implement new ideas  after the Workshop

We do provide traditional workshops; however, make sure you are also familiar with the benefits of teleconferences and web conferences!

  • Traditional Workshops are charge per person--Teleconferences and Web conferences are billed per connection. Use a speaker phone and you can share the cost with other staff members, organizations, and/or parents for one low price!

  • You don't need any special equipment --just a phone, a speaker phone if others are listening in, and one computer so that materials from the workshop can be downloaded onto your computer

  • No more finding substitutes or a babysitters (if you are a parent), and no more going out in bad weather to sometimes hard to find locations!

  • NO More Professional Isolation --we provide services locally in the Chicagoland area and nationally via teleconferences and web conferences

  • Went to a great workshop--but your staff is having trouble implementing new ideas? Teleconferences and Web conferences are a great way to provide technical assistance or follow-up after you return to your location!
